Novotel Wien City

We had a comfortable stay at Novotel. The room was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, allowing us to walk to our meeting venue and the cathedral. The WiFi connection was reliable, allowing us to stream Netflix. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the check-in and check-out process was efficient. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Key card issue.

Great location within walking distance of the city historical center and near a metro U1 line station. The room was small but sufficient for a few nights, and the separate toilet from the bathroom was a nice surprise. The parking, although a bit inconvenient, is understandable given the difficulty of having parking in the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with amenities. The hotel is also close to all the main attractions.

We also enjoyed the view from our room, which overlooked a bustling street. the hotel had great facilities such as a control button for the room's temperature and a desk.
