Novotel Wien City

We had a comfortable stay at Novotel. The room was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, great to walk to our meeting venue and the cathedral. The WiFi connection was reliable, great to stream Netflix. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the check-in and check-out process was efficient.

Enjoyed the friendly and attentive reception staff; comfortable and quiet rooms with new furniture. Perfect for nature lovers with easy access to shisha Duzi's and close to the highway for trips to Vienna designer outlet.

It's suitable place for sightseeing and exploring Vienna. Mochi, where you can eat, is a short walk to from here.

The room was looked super fresh and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the added bonus of the AC made it even better. The location was perfect as it was close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the child-friendly amenities such as the play area and stroller rental. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options.

Key card issue.

Great location within walking distance of the city historical center and near a metro U1 line station. The room was small but sufficient for a few nights, and the separate toilet from the bathroom was a nice surprise. The parking, although a bit inconvenient, is understandable given the difficulty of having parking in the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with amenities. The hotel is also close to all the main attractions.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the main centre but still close to all the attractions, including Prater park. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with a large bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the view from our room, which overlooked a bustling street. the hotel had great facilities such as a control button for the room's temperature and a desk.
